Yes! Bluesky Moonwalks cares about the health and safety of our customers. All of our equipment is cleaned thoroughly with soap and OdoBan Disinfectant cleaner. OdoBan cleans, sanitizes and disinfects 99.99% of all germs within 60 seconds and is an odor eliminator and air freshner so you get a great smelling bouncer. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. 

 

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, Eid carnivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not typically provide a water hose, if you need a water hose we may be able to provide a RENTAL hose (25ft long) for an additional cost. If your inflatable is further than 25 feet away you will need to have a water hose present.


Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of surface your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are usually anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. If you have a sprinkler system please select grass do not allow stakes and we will anchor with sandbags. We DO NOT allow set up on sand or gravel . Please call if you are interested in setting up on a different type of surface that is not listed above as additional fees may apply.

Yes. Additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember we are required to charge sales tax.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Balance is due in full prior to delivery.  Our drivers will not setup if you have not paid your balance.. If an Insurance Blanket needs to be issued for parks and schools a $50.00 fee will be added to your total and is NON-REFUNDABLE

Yes, for an additional charge. Please call our office for a current quote.

That varies; generally we begin deliveries as early as 9AM and usually arrive 1-2 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If it is a busy weekend, holiday or you have an earlier than 9AM event start time we may need to deliver the day before. If this is the case, we will call in advance to confirm that someone will be at the event location.

 Yes. A blower keeps air in the jumper the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty extension cords. Please note that you should not plug anything else into the same outlet as our blowers because they require lots of power and could trip your breaker. We are not responsible for your outlets not being strong enough to support the blowers but we can provide a generator.

Most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you may need to rent a generator. We rent generators with an initial supply of gas at a reasonable cost please see inventory tab for current pricing. If you choose not to rent a generator and the park does not have an outlet or the outlet does not work or stops working after setup Bluesky Moonwalks WILL NOT REFUND YOU. You are responsible for making sure the outlets work or providing your own generator. We may be able to bring a generator to you for an additional cost plus an additional delivery cost which will be determined the day of your event. Please keep in mind parks tend to be first come, first serve so get to your spot early in the day. Proof of insurance or insurance liability blanket for parks is $50. 

We will do our best to arrange our delivery and pickup around your schedule. We will provide a delivery time range for you based on all deliveries for the day which may be several hours prior to your event start time or as little as 1 hour before your start. While we cannot accommodate these requests every time, we will work with you to ensure that you are not inconvenienced. Please note that if you complete a contract online for a specific drop off and pickup time and then wish to change the event time or delivery and pickup times we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee your new times. Please provide us with as much advance notice as possible.

We encourage you to monitor the weather forecast for the day of your event. Rescheduling is based on availability for the day requested. If you feel that rain or wind is a concern, please bring this to our attention PRIOR to your moonwalk being delivered. No Refunds will be provided once the moonwalk is delivered. Our booking software will send you an automated email during your event if there are high winds in your area for your safety.

Given the frequency of afternoon thundershowers and storms in our area, this is a valid concern. It is important to remember that the moonwalks’ blower is powered by electricity and that electricity and water don’t mix well. If rain is encountered, ask everyone to quickly and calmly exit the moonwalk. Once it is emptied, unplug the blower and cover it if possible, and allow the unit to deflate. DO NOT USE THE UNIT IN THE RAIN OR HIGH WINDS! Once the weather has passed, plug the blower back in, allow the unit to inflate and have an adult dry the interior with a towel. This is very important, as the vinyl is very slippery when wet. Once dry, the moonwalk can be used again.

 

No. Some moonwalks weigh more than 350 lbs. and needs special handling and setup. In this case please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you for an additional fee.

As long as the posted safety rules are followed moonwalks are very safe. In fact, most accidents that occur from the use of moonwalks are a direct result of participants not following the posted safety rules, or by renters allowing the jumper to be overloaded or be used in high winds, etc.

This depends on the size of the bouncer, this number will be shown on the moonwalk itself or you can ask upon delivery.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear of our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. All of our safety rules will be presented to you at delivery, you can also review them on our website (Safety Tips).

The dimensions of our moonwalks vary and are listed in the description. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure your chosen moonwalk will fit. Moonwalks need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jumper. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup. Also, if you have an in-ground sprinkler system, make sure it is turned off and the sprinkler heads are not engaged.

In order for us to deliver tables, chairs, concessions equipment  etc., we require a minimum order amount of $100. Any order less than $100 will incur an additional delivery fee. If you order is less than $100 you can arrange to pickup and drop off your order from our warehouse. Our minimum pickup order amount is $50.

Some companies rent equipment in 4 or 6 hour blocks, and charge additional fees if you want to keep it longer than the set time. Bluesky Moonwalks offers a flat rate for the day. If you want to have a short or long party the price is the same. You rate covers a max of 8 hours in the same calendar day. We begin dropping off and setting up your equipment as early as 9AM and pickup as late as 9PM. Please note that if you need an earlier drop off or later pickup time including overnight rentals additional charges may apply. Please email or call us to confirm. 

Absolutely! If you would like to keep your equipment later than our standard 9PM pickup time please let us know when you place your order. Overnight rentals may be charged an additional rental fee.

All sales are FINAL. We will NOT refund your deposit if you cancel your event. We will not refund your deposit due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. All deposits and or payments are 100% nonrefundable and will be credited to your account for a future date up to 1 year

We do allow pickup for select items. Customers can pickup tables, chairs, concession equipment and games from our location. We do not allow pickup of moonwalks or slides. The minimum pickup order amount must be $50. Customers who pickup from our location are also responsible for returning their items at the end of their rental period. If you fail to return items at the end of your rental period additional fees will apply.

All sales are final. 

To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice should be given – at least 24 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any rights to reschedule. Postponement of event with at least 24 hours notice will entitle you to use your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Same day cancellations must be received at least 2 hours before your event time. The earlier the better to save our delivery team time loading and driving to your location.

Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of equipment. Customers will have 1 year to use any credits for a deposit or previous payment made for a rescheduled event.

Some public parks or private event venues require additional proof of liability insurance. Any event held at a park or other venue that requires Bluesky Moonwalks to add the venue, city or county as a Certificate Holder will incur a $50 non-refundable fee per certificate.

We reserve the right to not deliver equipment during severe weather, high winds, or heavy rain. Safety is a top priority. Dangerous weather conditions are unsafe for your guests and are unsafe for our delivery team. In the event that we cannot deliver due to weather you will receive a credit and the right to reschedule your event for up to 1 year from your original event date.

We do allow setup of a moonwalk or waterslide at an apartment. We encourage you to get prior approval from complex management. Please note that if we deliver to an apartment and you don’t have management approval they may shutdown your event. Not all apartments allow moonwalks and it is your responsibility to know the rules of your party location. If we deliver and are required to shutdown early WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU. Even if you don’t get to use the equipment because of management shutting down your event if we setup we WILL NOT REFUND YOU. Please just get management approval.

The dimensions for each moonwalk and waterslide are listed on our inventory page. You are responsible for selecting an item that will fit in your space and through your fence. Please be mindful of the height of rentals and if you have low hanging powerlines or trees that could hit the tops of the rental. If your item does not fit in your desired location we will try to setup in a different spot at the same delivery address. We can only setup on pavement with sandbags if we have to return with sand bags you may be charged an additional delivery fee. If you cannot access your backyard through the fence or the item does not fit through a narrow fence we will need to setup in a different location. We will not go through your home to access the backyard for our own safety etc.  If you choose not to have us setup in a different spot and the rental does not fit your yard WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU. You are responsible for picking an item that fits.

Please remove any debris or objects such as toys, bikes, tools etc., from the pathway that we will need to use in order to get to your setup spot. Objects in the way will add to the time it takes for setup and makes it harder and sometimes dangerous for our delivery team. Please check that your outlets work and that you have a working hose available for wet rentals.
